What kind of services do you provide?
Havering Senior Home Help provides, non-medical, in-home services such as housekeeping, companionship and help with day-to-day living. As I am not a franchise, I have the flexibility to personalise your services to meet your needs.
How do we begin services?
If you require I will meet at no charge with you and family members to discuss your needs. After you determine the services and schedule that are right for you, services can begin within 24 hours.
Is there a deposit or contract required?
No deposit or contract is required, and you are not committed to a minimum period of time.
Can I change my schedule?
You can change your schedule at any time. I work with you to develop a personalised plan of services based on your unique needs. When and if they change in any way, your services and schedule can too.
Whose car will we take on appointments or errands?
I use my car and require reimbursement for mileage at 50p per mile.
Are services limited to seniors?
No. My services are the perfect solution for people of any age who need assistance at home, such as when recovering from an illness or surgery.
Do you cover holidays?
Unfortunately, I am unable to cover public/general holidays.
